About the role
We're looking for a data analyst (contract → hire) to join Soylent Analytics on a contract basis. This is a fully remote opportunity collaborating with a distributed team across multiple time zones.
What you'll do
- Own meaningful, end-to-end pieces of work — not isolated tickets.
- Collaborate async-first with product, design, and engineering peers.
- Improve quality and velocity through better tooling and clear documentation.
What we're looking for
- Demonstrable experience shipping SQL or dbt.
- Strong written communication — most of our conversations happen in writing.
- Self-direction and the ability to scope and prioritize your own work.
