You retain all rights to content you submit (resumes, job postings, profile data). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display it for the purposes of operating the Platform.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and a prominent notice on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect.
