ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer that will be responsible for helping our client create website and landing page designs for a couple of exciting US-based e-commerce brands. (You can view some of the other brands in their portfolio here and here.) You’ll need to have exceptional experience with Figma and immense knowledge of UI/UX best practices. Most importantly, you need to have best-in-class communication skills - communication will be one of the most important parts of this role, as you will be working directly with the CEO. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the UI/UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and deadlines for your website and landing page design projects

  • Leverage user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions

  • Develop wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes that effectively communicate user interactions and product functionality

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and stakeholder input to continuously improve the user experience

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and clients to create exceptional designs that drive performance

  • Present designs to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the design process

  • Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products and platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for e-commerce/DTC brands

  • Exceptional expertise in Figma, as well as other tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana, and Slack

  • Proactive leadership with the ability to take initiative and defend design choices

  • Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills

  • Outstanding project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail

  • Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection

  • Ability to work in US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)

  • Previous experience working the graveyard shift
